Seniorlink Employer Benefit Plan Partnerships
Over the past six years, Seniorlink has established important partner relationships with a large number of organizations. We provide eligible members of these organizations with access to our Care Advisory and Care Management services - either on a discount basis or via an employer funded eldercare benefit. The sponsoring organization (Seniorlink's partner) usually pays a modest "PEPM" (per employee per month) fee to Seniorlink. In return, the member (employee) receives services from Seniorlink about an eldercare problem which involves his/her parents, grandparents, in-laws, and sometimes self or spouse. Service levels can vary from basic access to our web portal (Seniorlink Online - visit at www.seniorlinkonline.com) and Care Advisory Services, to more robust levels - including "first dollar" coverage for geriatric Care Management Services delivered in the home of the elder.
We are experienced and adept at helping organizations think through the level of coverage that makes sense for them. The benefit is timely - employers are becomming increasingly aware of the cost of family caregiving on employee health and productivity. The benefit is also extremely affordable.
