This past October NCQA Quality Talks hosted its third-annual conference in Washington DC. Quality Talks is a series of talks presented by health care leaders who are tackling real problems within our health care industry. Set up in a format similar to TED Talks, Quality Talks aims to keep talks short and memorable while presenting big ideas.
George Kassabgi, Seniorlink's EVP & Chief Product Officer, presented the talk, "Robots as Care Managers? Not in our Lifetime." His talk focused on why artificial intelligence does not threaten the jobs of care managers and nurses, but instead how it improves accuracy and efficiency within their roles by allowing them to work more with patients, and spending less time performing repetitive and minute tasks.
