Qualifications include, at a minimum:
A bachelor's degree in nursing, social work, rehabilitation or a related allied health discipline.
At least three years of professional experience managing the care of seniors.
Expert knowledge of local resources.
Strong customer orientation and the ability to manage complex family dynamics.
Basic computer competencies, including access to the Internet.
