Caregiver Homes

Our Caregiver Homes program creates a choice for elders when confronted with the need for long-term care. We are actively recruiting family and non-family caregivers who can change an elder's life!

Caregiver Homes is now providing services as part of the Enhanced Adult Foster Care Program sponsored by the Massachusetts Office of Elder Affairs and Office of Medicaid. The Program will pay family caregivers to care for an elderly or disabled adult at home - preventing or postponing more costly institutional care. Read about this program and Caregiver Homes here.

Care Advisory and Care Management Services

• Our Care Advisory service helps elder caregivers explore options on their own using our on-line portal Seniorlink Online, or by calling one of our professional Advisors directly.
• Our in-person Care Management services, are delivered by a nationwide network of professional geriatric care managers
• Geriatric Care Managers: Join our nationwide network — we’re 1,200 strong!
