On June 21, Seniorlink team members from across the company joined together to raise awareness for Alzheimer's disease on The Longest Day. Each year on the longest day of the year, the Alzheimer's Association hosts a nationwide fundraising campaign for Alzheimer’s research, bringing awareness to the disease by encouraging people to participate in an activity they love on the longest day of the year.
Team members from across the company wore purple, donated money and even enjoyed a purple treat or two.
5.8 million Americans are living with Alzheimer's disease, with 16 million Americans providing unpaid care to their loved ones suffering from the disease. Seniorlink is a proud supporter of the Alzheimer's Association and its mission to find a cure to end the devastating disease.
